Starbucks

I go here because it is close by. The staff is always very friendly. They are patient with customers.

This Starbucks is located inside Farm Fresh grocery store. There’s nothing outstanding about it. I live nearby but when I want Starbucks I’d drive somewhere else to get it. The price is also higher here because of restaurant tax in Richmond city. There’s a small sitting area upstairs too if you are desperate to find a place to sip your coffee.

The service was nasty. Not at all like what i am used to at Starbucks. I have a gold membership status and I got the biggest attitude from the lady I was ordering from who tried to convince me that my 1 free 16oz grande handcrafted beverage had to be a holiday one, even though the coupon said nothing of that sort. And she said it with a tone that implied she thinks that all people are dumber than her. Pathetic and nasty. Even though this location is just around the corner from my house, I’m not coming back here to get offensive treatment before I got my coffee in the morning.

Starbucks should take their name off this one. I walk to the cash register and the Batista quickly ends a personal phone call. I smile at her and say hello try to ignore what I just saw. She is extremely snippy with me as though I’ve just cut into her personal time. I pay for my drink and she set it on the opposite end of the bar. I am standing there looking at her having put my wallet away and wondering where my coffee is, I finally ask her she points to the end of the bar and say oh it’s over there. I walk over and pick up my coffee and begin to look around for the sugar bar area. I finally have to ask her, it takes me a minute to get her attention. When I get her attention she walks over and quickly says «Say again» before I finish asking her. She say «oh it’s on the other side of the bar» and walks away. I go get my sugar and there is no whole milk so I go back and it takes me some time to get her attention again. After asking if she has some whole milk I can use for my coffee she snaps «yes» and proceeds to pour me a mini shot glass of milk. She shoves it at me and as she turns away says let me know if you need more, I immediately say I do need more, do you mind? She ignores me and walks away to start cleaning the sink area. I have to stand there and try to get her attention again until finally she come back and practically throws the thermos of whole milk at me and walks away. It was my plan to plug up my laptop and make a few phone calls, but to top things off I go to the lounge area and every table has food and filth covering them. I left. I will not be coming back here. I sincerely hope this review gets somebodies attention. This is not the Star Bucks experience.

I happen to work next door so I always make time to stop by here. It’s pretty small for a Starbucks, but it’s part of the Farm Fresh. Plus, it’s the only one in the area for about 10 blocks or so. There’s a small seating area, but it’s small. This is more of your in-​and-​out coffee run. Typical Starbucks expectations on service.

I have been here multiple times and never a good experience. Employees seem to be in bad moods and the coffee never comes out as good as other locations. Not promoting but I’m closer to Captain Buzzes and I will be going there now instead.

This Starbucks is located inside of Farm Fresh. It’s smaller than other Starbucks in the area. This location is very convenient, if you live in the Shokoe area. I usually come here for the frappuccino. The frappuccino is my favorite drink at Starbucks. The seating area is small. The grocery store has seating on the second floor for Starbucks customers. The service is average. The employees are usually friendly. The parking is hit or miss. This Starbucks is good for coffee on the go.

Most people don’t even realize there is a Starbucks here but with good reason. It’s very well hidden inside a less popular grocery store that probably rarely uses it. This is more of a Starbucks hot dog stand than anything. They offer none of the food the bigger ones do, their scarce pastries are often stale, and the place is typically run by 1 person who doesn’t really seem to care what you want. Not the best option for coffee in the area but it does its job in a pinch.
