Customer service is horrible, i was waiting for 15′ for my coffee and i am the only customer there at the moment

Being a mom of two young boys, I LOVE that they have a drive thru at this location! The employees have always been friendly and patient with me, because honestly, I never know what I want. The drinks I ordered have always come out perfect and tasted delicious.

Who doesn’t love Starbucks!!! I am glad I got the frequent buyer gift card thing. Kind of neat how it works and the pretty card that you get alone is pretty awesome! This location has a drive-thru –which makes it deserve the 5 stars I gave it for that alone in my opinion. Never had a problem here and I hope I don’t jinx myself saying that! I can’t wait for the fall for the delicious seasonal coffees. I’ll have to watch my caffeine this season, but I’ll just order the grande or venti and skip my usual addition of expresso shot(s). Lol

I’ve been here twice and I haven’t been impressed either time. They have a drive thru so that’s a plus, but the Starbucks in Chesterfield is much better. The customer service at the cashier was fine, but the people who prepare your order either forget about it or don’t fill it up all the way(so what are you really paying for?) and I’m not the only one whose order was forgotten.

As a former barista, I’m entitled as a coffee snob. Usually most coffee places don’t meet my expectations, but every time I come to this Starbucks my lattes and mochas are perfect! I only go here now. Plus it has a drive thru! Goodbye $$$
