I love this Starbucks ! This the best one in the Richmond by far. Every one here knows how to make drinks. Every single employee treats you very nice. I come here often, everyone knows my name and can sometimes guess what I will be having. It’s always busy but worth the small wait. They are pretty quick.

Great studying location! It’s in a quaint town that looks like a great spot for locals to hang out. It’s pretty quiet and its nestled in this area with lots of trees and greenery. Parking can easily be found on the street. No meters just short term parking. Watch out for signs.
At this location, there are lots of wireless charging stations for your convenience. The bathroom is very clean and for single person use as with most Starbucks locations. The baristas here seem experienced and for the most part, deliver excellent customer service. I really enjoy coming here not only because it is a quiet location, but because it is a great place to focus if you have to study or get some work done.

The line was lengthy enough where I stood in line for five to ten minutes. I witnessed a worker drop the insides of someone’s order, who then touched a garbage can and prepared a meal directly after without washing hands. A tong was used only to place the item in the warmer.
Although very friendly staff, beware of unsanitary preparations.

Today the Pt. Richmond Starbucks gets 5 stars from me. Brett, the manager, knew how bummed I was that I didn’t get some of those cute Starbucks cup gift cards last year so he saved some for me this year! And, I must say Hayley and Julia are rocking it at the drink making. Their drinks always look so pretty and taste delicious. Wanted to write an update since I’ve been having much better service as of late. It looks like they have a bunch of new staff members who smile and make drinks consistently well. I haven’t been eating lunches there anymore, but I heard from the locals that they always run out because the employees from the local Chevron refinery come over there time and again, which is hard to accomodate and forecast.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for this fantastic place. Let me first start by acknowledging the amazing customer service I receive every time I arrive.
Working in the point is amazing and having a Starbucks is also very convenient and a great way to start your morning.
The entire staff is sweet and fast. Julia is by far my favorite setting the bar high each and every time I come in to have my drinks made.
I never have to remind them who i am, and to me that’s amazing to have such a personalized experience. All of the boys are gentlemen and whip up a nice cup of ice water for me and my team.
I wish I could write forever on how great this location truly is but for now I encourage you all to try out the deliciousness this place serves up.

Haven’t had a frappucino from Starbucks in long time and after having one today, I see why I don’t miss it. I don’t find their drinks that appealing anymore and not something I would go out of my way for either. If I’m there and want a quick coffee fix, sure.
