My mom has been at Sterling House for 18 months. The building is lovely and they keep it clean, while respecting the preferences of the residents. Staff turnover has certainly been a challenge, but I think that’s true anywhere, and if you hire good people, they have other opportunities. Nursing staff are TOP NOTCH. It’s a lovely setting, in a great community, and we are very happy with the care.
