Took my machine in to get its regular maintenance done, and they told me it would be a week as they weren’t behind. Then I call a week later, then they tell me its gonna be another week… here it is well over 2 weeks later, no machine back, they said they sent it in for repair, but have no idea when it will be back, but refuse to give me the number or even call so called repair guy to find out the status of my machine! So I am out of being able to sew as I have no machine til I get it back… IF i get it back! I am beyound ticked off at these people!
