I’ve eaten here for lunch several times and I’ve never been happy. I continue to go because the group of people I go out to lunch with insist on going here. I’ve tried at least one item on each side of their menu and nothing there was good. On top of crappy food, it’s pretty darn expensive and takes forever to get.
Their fish and chips were awful. Too much breading/​batter. Their burger was very dry and there was more bread than burger. Their wraps were very salty, it must have been the sauce inside. The salad was expensive and nothing about it was exciting. Their so called «blue ribbon chili» was salty, had too much turmeric, and was smothered in pickled jalapeño, sour cream, and cheese. And their Irish specials for St. Patricks day was terrible. I had a dish that they called shepherd’s pie and it was far from what shepherd’s pie is suppose to be. They basically took their corned beef special and mixed it with carrots and peas and added 2 scopes of redskin mashed potatoes. What a freaking rip off.

Great bar to watch the game. Tons of TVs and a nice drink selection. Trivia on Wednesday nights is a blast. Food isn’t the greatest but is good for a quick bite late at night.

Terrible service and bar staff who treat customers condescendingly.

Not to sound like a lush or anything, but I would start watching football games at 1:00 and not leave until… Well, early the next morning… Stool Pigeons is one of my favorite places in Richmond. Very good bar food. I would always get the sampler platter. Tons of HD TVs. And great service! If you looking for a good place to watch games, this is the place!

This is like the go to place whenever I’m in Richmond or me and my friends can’t decide on where to eat. They have some seriously great sliders, a good Giant Pita, and all around I don’t think I’ve ever eaten anything here that wasn’t good. Although I remember once ordering the fish tacos and it was definitely not a filling option.
Anywhoo other than food everyone always heads over Friday and Saturday night because the bar is pretty extensive and they make some really great drinks. Also you can play pool over there too! They’re open late, but be forewarned they start carding at 9.

Open late. The wings are decent. Lots of flat screen TVs. Decent service.
