Very helpful, a little pricey, but the quality of their flowers is unmatched!

Wow. I trusted them to whip up something beautiful and they exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff and knowledgable. I will never use 1−800-flowers again!

Unfortunately Strawberry Fields was out of the delivery zone I needed, but they were nice enough to recommend a few other places that would work. Always appreciate when a store goes out of their way to help the customer. I’ll be ordering from Strawberry Fields the next time I need flowers in Richmond.

If you need to get flowers in Richmond VA this is the place to go. I’ve purchased flowers a few times from them and they always look amazing, fresh, and nicely arranged. You can also stop by and they will help you put it together so you can customize it yourself. My girlfriend loves flowers and she loves it when I get her flowers from this place. There’s plenty of cool things to buy in the store if you need a thoughtful gift.

Extremely disappointed. Got flowers for graduation and wrapping was not professionally done, I should say it was done so poorly. I should have gone to Costco and done it myself. Staffs are not friendly either. They ruined my day with their attitude. My small-​medium size bouquet was 42.50! Extremely pricey for what they offer.

Strawberry Fields is amazing. I gave them a budget for a bouquet I wanted to purchase, and boy did they ever deliver. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, affordable, and skillfully arranged.
Deanna and the staff at Strawberry Fields are so kind and helpful, they have perfected the artform of flower arranging. I’ll never buy flowers anywhere else in Richmond.

Lovely flower and gift shop. I bought the cutest little ceramic bowl made by a local artist. A great place to pick up some flowers or gifts for any occasion.

Deanna did an amazing job with my birthday flowers. My husband had them delivered and my office is still buzzing about them. He has used Deannas shop for years.

Strawberry Fields is an adorable store offering not only tons of gorgeous floral arrangements, but great gifts like books, handmade soaps and glassware. They also have some awesome hanging ceramic bowls for air ferns and other succulents. A fabulous one stop shop for gifts and décor for the home!

I go for the awesome collectible gifts. I have not ordered flowers here, but as a former florist I can tell you they do not seem to have a wide selection. I did admire the vases though, such as the over-​sized mason jars. The consignment jewelry is severely overpriced. but the items such as Christmas ornaments are adorable and whoever picks them out for the shop has amazing taste. They have a very eclectic collection of nic nacs. I am a big fan of customer service and I don’t have any complaints, but I don’t have any compliments about it either.

Ordered some flowers from this shop due to having a Groupon, and was wildly impressed. I found an arrangement I liked on their website, they did it with more flowers and a cheaper cost, and didn’t cost me any more than the Groupon did.
Gave the flowers to my girlfriend, and 2 weeks later, they still looked fantastic. Strawberry Fields is my new go-​to source for flowers in RVA.

Extremely bad experience with this place for flowers.
1. Called twice to confirm morning delivery for bouquet. Flowers don’t show up. Call store to figure out what’s wrong. «Oh, we never deliver in the morning without special instructions – and there’s nothing written here for your delivery. Do you want to cancel your order?» This at 12:20p in the afternoon on the day of my 2-​year anniversary.
2. I ordered flowers, no vase. «Put all the money into the flowers», I said, not a vase. Flowers show up with a vase.
3. Flowers start wilting in 3 days – not fresh at all.
4. Flowers were pretty, but way below expectations for the price.
Overall a terrible experience. The woman asking if I wanted to cancel my order was beyond comprehension – who would order anniversary flowers and then cancel? I’m out of town and even went out of my way to call the store directly rather than using FTD/​Teleflora to make sure the local business didn’t have to pay a fee to the booking agent – and it felt like dealing with amateur hour. Avoid ordering delivery flowers from these people.

This store is both a florist and an adorable gift shop. It’s a great place to stop for a gift or treat for yourself in the fan.
You’ll find kitchen accessories like tea towels, pretty picture frames, home décor items, cook books, cards, candles, soaps and other fun stuff. There’s one entire selection that’s dedicated to baby gifts, including products that can be custom monogrammed from local designer Holly Kidwell. You’ll also find funky wiry jewelry from local artist Karyn Shonk. Other local artists represented there include Deane Designs, a selection of hand-​painted pottery; Modern June oilcloth aprons, tablecloths and more; handmade cards and stationery by Iron Hill Greetings and Poppy A; and baby booties made from vintage fabrics from Marty Mitchell.
The store is just plain fun for browsing, and I love finding cool creations from locals. Fresh, seasonal flowers are also available.
