Fantastic customer service!
Before visiting this location today, I first spoke with Jesse (who I presume is a manager), to make sure the phone I wanted was in stock. He was very quick to help me over the phone, and extremely polite. When I arrived at the location minutes later, it was clearly one of their busier times being a Friday at noon. I was immediately greeted by the staff, even as they completed other customers’ transactions. When it was my turn, a kind associate named Jessica retrieved the phone I had previously called about. She was very professional, gregarious, and informative. While I expect typical visits to a store like this to be arduous, my visit today went smoothly and took about 35 minutes including the wait in line. Very pleased!
