The food was good but gave poor customer service. I placed a mobile order with the Taco Bell app. I submitted my order when I arrived and I waited for my name to be called as directed by their app. I waited about fifteen minutes before they finally asked me if I had placed a mobile order. After which they gave me crap, in front of a bunch of people, about not announcing I was there for my order. Their rudeness was unacceptable.

Has to be the worst Taco Bell ever! On multiple occasions, I’ve stopped through the drive thru. First time I thought it was just bad luck. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my order. Nope. Happens every time. I can drive over to Antioch and have my order there sooner than I would have stopped in at Richmond. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs!

Got a chicken cantina bowl and they were out of corn salsa and they forgot to put my chicken in it. Huge waste of money. Would rather drive a town over to get complete order.

Hands down THE BEST Taco Bell I have been to anywhere in the country! The food is always hot and fresh, the employees are always super helpful and friendly. My order is correct EVERY time. Just don’t go after 11PM. The little mexican working the drive thru window is a huge dick head.
