My son went here for 1 day. Way too many babies for the teachers. I called the director to ask about ratios and was promised a call back that day… Didn’t get it. Called back 3 days later and the director answered, was once again promised a call back within 24 hours… Never got it. My 11 week old also got fed an hour and 15 min later than I asked which is a long time for an 11 week old. Why ask for a schedule if you can’t follow it? Never got my money back and my son never went back. Management is obviously terrible… They are new and accepted way too many kids. I am now paying for a nanny while I look for another daycare.
