Please educate yourself on the status of the Learning Experience Park Central through the Dept of Social Services( ). This summer 2 teachers have been fired immediately for putting their hands on students and there are several other concerning violations. In the 10 months my daughter was enrolled she had 17 teachers. The tuition was outrageous and in no way equates to an appropriate or quality level of care and love every child deserves. I discussed all of my concerns with site management as well as corporate management, neither of which had much action to show for their promises to make it better. I came to the conclusion their primary interest was money and their secondary interest was managing the chaos of the kids in the school. Their turnover, inconsistencies, poor instruction, lack of quality resources, and 6 visits from the licensing office with documented violations during 2015 are indicative of issues on every level from the teacher to all lines of management and leadership.

Giving this place two stars only because they babysat for me a few days and nothing else. They never clean your kids face and they have the absolute worst franchise owner. Not only did I pay weeks in advance but I was pleasant. And being that I had never been away from my child since birth I expected to have a more pleasant first experience. That’s not what I got, I got constant attitude from the owner who I had no idea that that was who she was until I complained. I never got a key card and I got spoken to as if, I, were the child. Lastly there were a few comments that came off as racist. I don’t want to get into it. I ended up withdrawing my daughter and letting them keep the money. Again this is not about the teachers, they just leave your kid with a dirty face. But it’s the owner who sucks. Terrible establishment, needs new management. Her name is Adrian and she’s giving the franchise a bad name.
