Im very disappointed on the poor customer service that they have. They refused to give me a pedicure after I kindly asked them to clean there tools in front of me. In my opinion if they are clean, they shouldnt get offended if a paying asks them to re-​clean them in front of them. And Tina still had the nerve to tell me she would do my nails. Please.

Nails are awesome but Tina’s prices are insane. She is super popular so be prepared to wait. The place is super tiny and if you want a pedi there’s no chairs, they do your pedi like on a bucket … Tony is mean but yell at him back. He won’t bite

Been coming here since I was 10 with my older sister and now I come every 2 weeks for myself. Tina and tony are almost like family. They have a rule you can’t choose who you want its just whoever is available which I totally understand so other people don’t wait longer. But that doesn’t make them mean. It’s just business. I moved to Vallejo and I still do the drive because I can’t find anyone better. They are a gem in the heart of Richmond. Totally recommend !!

I can’t find anyone to do my nails like Tina does. Like seriously and I’m able to go there for my mani/​pedis and waxing all in one visit. Yess the downside is they only do walk ins and even then if they’re too full you’re not l guaranteed a turn. I’ve been going to her and Tony for almost 10 years! Ever since I was 16 and I’m almost 25. I love them. Maybe I’m biased or soooo use to them that everytime I go somewhere else because for whatever reason, I get disappointed and return back. No they don’t have massage chairs and they do use the portable tubs for pedicures so that’s your choice to go or not but I’m always satisfied.

I have been going to Tina’s Nails over 10 years. !!! Tina and her husband Tony do great work! I have tried other places because I live far, but I always came back to them. It’s worth the drive.
The only reason why I don’t give them 5 star is because Tony is very rude and cranky !!
Tina is awesome, very friendly, and loves to conversate, which I dont mind at all :) she is funny…
Other then that I recommend this place. :))

I used to go to Tina’s all the time but I totally stope because of her mean husband… he really needs a temper check so if you go visit Tina’s…get Tina not Tony
