Was calling to figure some info out and the woman was so incredibly rude and not helpful. She didn’t even listen to me just said I’ll transfer you, when I asked her a specific question she said «no I won’t help you. I’ll transfer you» someone needs a customer service training class. One star just for the 800 you all approved to give back after your multiple mess ups.

Just had to rent a van last weekend and had a perfect U-​Haul experience! The reserved truck was ready, the paperwork was easy and fast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Time from walking in to driving out: 10 minutes! I couldn’t ask for more.
