Went in to have my ring fixed, I asked them if they could have it ready in a week and they were done in 6 days. When I got it back in looked brand new and perfect. They are a very sweet couple and always warm and cheerful. There jewelry section is phenomenal as well, gorgeous one of a kind pieces and they get new inventory each week. Will definitely go back in the future for repairs and to shop

My diamond anniversary ring had to be cut off my finger when I broke my arm. It was severely damaged.
Vintage Jewelers not only repaired it, it is even better than before!!!
They really care about the customers & they have an outstanding variety of jewelry there too. Highly recommend this family shop.

Thieves! I bought a watch that stops working several times in a 12 hour period. They changed the battery after the first complaint. It stopped working again not even an hour after the change. I then took it back again. They had a watch smith look at it and called me to tell me that nothing is wrong. Once again, it worked for less than an hour after I picked it up. They refuse to let me return it.
