Going downhill rapidly. Have often stopped to pick up something from this conveniently located Walmart. But now regardless of time of day it is always overrun with young children & «families» blocking the parking lot, the shopping aisles, the check out lanes, customer service, etc. who, w/​employees, speak anything but English. Shelves are understocked & today I asked 3 different clerks for items but they couldn’t understand English. The last clerk said of both items that they didn’t carry them, when I’ve been buying them there for ages! Won’t return. Whole experience too negative. Target/​HEB for me now.

This is so much better than the Walmart in my neighborhood in the Galleria. We stopped here to pick up groceries on our way home from Wallis. We were in and out in 20 minutes with a cart full of items. Store was organized. No long lines, even on a Sunday afternoon.

There are just enough People of Walmart shoppers here to remind you you’re at the bottom of the barrel shopping-​wise even though you’re in Katy, but this is a pretty decent store. Take an auto zone, a grocery store, a Walgreens, and a Target, and you have the average Walmart.

Most unorganized Walmart I’ve ever been in. I’m sure they plan it this way as a marketing ploy, make you search and hunt for what you came in for… so they think you’ll buy more if you spend more time looking. No green mountain organic coffee or organic Silk soy milk so I just left. Won’t waste my time coming to this store again. I’m off to Kroger.

What a dump in such a short time of being open! It is always dirty with drinks spilled in the doorways and the carts always have a nice dirty diaper on them! Kinda like a dump with groceries

For a walmart, this location is decent. I try to avoid walmart, but there are a few things I like to get from there. If it absolutely HAS to be walmart, this is the best one near me and the other stores in the shopping center are great. I love the location. I always know there’s going to be a long wait in line no matter what the time of day though.

So I have the time to write out a review while standing in one of this Walmart super centers 3 open lines. I have already been in this line for 10 minutes and I have 5 more full carts ahead of me and at least 6 more carts behind me. It’s like that in every line. There are tons of people trying to check out. And there are not enough employees on registers. It’s ridiculous, really. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this Walmart and I never write reviews but this is the last straw. I know y’all have enough employees to adhere to the demand of customer volume you just do not want to pay them so in turn yalls store does not run efficiently.

so, this morning I went & sent someone a money gram. Of course there is a problem at receiving end. So I call this Walmart and was put on hold for 15 minutes each time, only to be disconnected. Finally spoke to someone, the guy has no idea how to resolve a problem and rude. I think people who work there are morons, I think even a minimum wage is too much.
Be very careful sending any money through them. They are crooks. ok, may be they’re crooks, but definitely ‘incompetent’. For sure.

long story short, bought several items for store pick up. Was assured during week order would be filled, and was to my delight! The next morning the order has beeen cancelled, and of course no one will answer the phone. So Christmas eve morning im stuck, YOUR TERRIBLE WALMART! Cant help but wonder how many other families you have completely disappointed in this way, this year? A holiday much driven by economics and corporations such as yours in the first place.

One of the better Walmart’s I’ve been too. Cleaner than the average Walmart, great garden selection in the spring, has a good craft and fabric selection if you’re into that. The produce is ok and the meat selection is good. At some Walmart’s I haven’t felt safe but I feel fine taking my young son here with me.

I bought a watch recently in a bind and after three weeks it got moisture underneath it and quit working and I went to customer service and after waiting 10 min in line they directed me to the jewelry department which was a nightmare I waited five minutes before the lady showed up only to tell me to come back tomorrow to exchange it. So I called corporate which told me they can return it without a receipt and I ran into the assistant manager which told me he couldn’t. I love it when the store and corporate tell you different things. I will not go back to the store again.

The location is convenient and what can I say other than it’s Wally World. You get what you pay for and that also comes with customer service. I usually go in with a list of what I will get. I try not to get involve with the services there since it’s pretty terrible. I purchased a bag of bread and I was charged wrong. I saw a young worker who happened to be a manager. I then asked her where I could go for help and she rolled her eyes and walked away.

This location is decent for a Walmart. Unfortunately it’s still a Walmart. No matter what time you go, there are always long lines.

This is a very good Walmart. Clean, not overcrowded. They do a better job than most locations about keeping inventory stocked.
It’s too bad they closed the auto center and occasionally the aisles get overcrowded with special items on pallets.
