JAYNELLE BELL IS THE WORST REALTOR I’VE EVER WORKED WITH!
she was an agent for a home that we were planning to purchase. We had a bad gut feeling going into this because she didn’t respond to any of our emails and inquiries before closing. We found out a couple of days before signing that it was a short sale. We were never disclosed this information when she knew it from the beginning. She never owned up to keeping important information from us. It’s people like Jaynelle Bell that makes me lose faith in people and now I am afraid to get into the home buying business in the Bay Area. She was only out for money and herself. She is a FRAUD and hopefully this will help other not fall into her lying scheme.

I met Jaynelle when she was the Realtor for my clients who were buying a home. As a lender, I work with a lot of Realtors and not only did Jaynelle get my client’s offer accepted in a competitive buying environment but she took care of inspections and moved the process along on her end to closing. She also thoroughly explained the documents the buyers were signing at closing. She is very loyal to her carefully chosen support people including her trusty notary Angelina. She is an attorney too, which puts her way above most real estate folks. If that were not enough, every year she throws a client appreciation bash where she treats the past year’s clients and other real estate professionals to a prime rib dinner at a great restaurant in Berkeley and gives away really great prizes, all to show her appreciation for your doing business with her. How many Realtors do that consistently? Not very many. She’s a class act and if you are lucky enough to work with her, you will be glad you did.

I am so blessed and grateful to have the most trusted real estate broker and friend, Jaynelle Bell. She’s very kind, sharp and loving. She has blessed my family and I beyond measure with the investment our first home and future. I am admired and I am excited for her growing success and many blessings to come! God designed our connection flawlessly and I’m looking forward to sharing many more.

Jaynelle has kept in contact with us for our questions since buying the house and has been a great resource.

If you want the job done right, Jaynelle is the real estate broker for you. I have used her for more than one real estate transaction and her knowledge and go get ‘em attitude has made all the difference when negotiating terms with other parties like my lender and the other Realtor. I definitely recommend Jaynelle for your real estate needs.
