This Wendy’s is better than some I have been to. Never had them mess up my order. Very accurate, and quick service. I normally eat there right after lunch hour because I know they will get swamped between 11:00 until 1:00. I give them a four because anytime I have a coupon the Manager always have to be called first to complete the transaction.

I sent my husband to your establishment to purchase the new Tuscan chicken on Ciabatta, we used a buy one get one free coupon. my husband ordered the spicy chicken for himself which was done pretty quickly, he ordered the home-style chicken for me which had to be cooked, so there was a little wait. When my husband arrived home about 10 – 15 minutes later we sat down to eat our sandwich’s after the second bite of my sandwich I began to get nauseous, I immediately spit the food out and checked my sandwich, to my surprise I was eating raw chicken! I was more than shocked and disgusted to say the least. I called the restaurant and explained what happened, after being informed by the manager on how the chicken is cooked I was asked to bring the sandwich back in for them to see. I drove back to the restaurant sandwich in hand and ask to see the manager, There was a woman manager who scowled«what do you need?» as if I had ruined her night somehow by simply showing up. I told her my issue and she didn’t bother to look at the sandwich she quickly swiped the sandwich off of the counter and asked me did I want another one I told her that I did not want any more food from them due to nausea, at that moment another manager walked in I learned that he was the manager I had spoken with on the phone. He immediately apologized for the raw food as well as the inconvenience of having to drive back to the restaurant. He then refunded my money, I explained to him that this was the 3rd time at this particular Wendy’s that I’ve received raw chicken, I then asked him for the number to the corporate office he handed me a receipt with a 1 – 888 number on the back as well as the tell Wendy website. I left very sick and disappointed rightfully so! I was just about to pull away when the male manager approached my vehicle and asked if I wanted the number for the District/General manager I wrote the numbers down, and could only reach the general manager. I explained everything to her she then asked what could she do to appease me, I asked her what they normally do for customers that they have served raw chicken to. Her reply was that they don’t usually serve raw chicken. I told her this was the third time she then apologized and said that protocol was to offer me more food and a refund and then write the managers up for the incident. I explained that while that was all fine where does that leave me? sick and vomiting and a possible trip to the ER. It seems to me that something more should be done, I don’t know what exactly but compensation in some form should be given as I am the on sitting here at home sick now. She ended the call by apologizing again and she told that if I went to the ER to send them a copy of the bill.

Went here tonight with my dame and I just felt compelled to write a review. The food is decent. Par for the Wendy’s course. However, the service. Oh hell, the service! Painstakingly slow! There wasn’t anyone else in the store either so that made it worse. It just doesn’t seem like they have their shhhakes together! I overheard the cashier reading the line cook my order not once, but twice! Maybe they were just having an off day. It was raining out so that could’ve been it, who knows?
