West Creek Emergency Center

By far the best ER visit I have experienced. My son broke his wrist. We had no wait and the staff was extremely nice. I’m glad we live close.

This is a great ER! No wait time and everyone is so nice and efficient. Just went Wednesday night and they did a great job.

Good serve BUT PRICE is beyond belief; there 2x over 2 years and regret it, even as care is good and quick. They want more in the review– send you a thank you card and a BILL and more and more.

The best emergency center ever till now. I had to take my 2-​year old son to the emergency on sunday and this was closest to us. There was no wait time at all. The nurses were so nice and they tried to comfort him while he was there. The doctor was there immediately to check him. Their facility also has a lab on-​site which helped in faster results and no-​wait time.
After the experience, the nurse called us up to find out how he was doing and if we had any concerns. It was so nice.
Above all, they even sent a cute little greeting card for my son to get better soon.
I will surely visit them as needed.

Most horrible hospital I have EVER been to. The ER Dr was extremely rude and degrading. All of my negative reviews are based on the staff at this hospital and my experience while there. The hospital itself has a nice appearance, and that’s as far as anything positive can be said. I was involved in a car accident the night I went to this er. Because I’m a smoker, the Dr refused to come in the room. I was shocked. He then proceeded to make degrading remarks about going to the free clinic in Goochland, because he assumed I had no insurance (not sure what specifically brought him to this conclusion). He did not talk to me for even 5 mins and refused to do X-​rays. I left here and had to go to the next nearest hospital to be seen. I will be following up with a written complaint, at the least, but hopefully more than that.
