Highland Springs, VA
Williams Auto is an auto repair shop that takes car of both foreign and domestic cars. I have had both of my vehicles (a VW and a GMC) serviced there. They’re service was great and they warranty the parts and service. If you drop your car off, it is done by the afternoon. Since having my cars serviced here, I have had zero problems and they both run great. I would recommend this service station to anyone.
One tip is to schedule your state inspection early, they are pretty busy when come to end of the month inspections.

I am not sure what the previous reviewer experienced, but my experiences here have been nothing but pleasant! I live and work not too far from the shop. I was experiencing a slow leak in my tire for over a month. Being the procrastinator that I am, I kept putting off getting it fixed. No matter how many times I would come by, they would always put air in my tire and remind me that it would only take a few minutes to fix the problem. Finally, I came back and allowed them to fix it :). The work I got done was not extensive, but a warm smile and pleasant service goes a long way in my book. I am appreciative of the folks over at Williams Auto Service.

Awesome place. First place I came to in Richmond and I will definitely come back!
All of the guys I had any interaction with seemed very friendly and genuine. They listened to all my concerns and requests and questions, answered honestly and helpfully. They went out of their way to help me get done sooner, including staying late at the shop while I ran down the street to get a new tire to pass inspection!
All in all a solid, solid place.
