Delicious wings and great customer service! I’ve tried the cinnamon maple, sweet samuri, honey q, and mango fire which were all good. I highly recommend them.

Wingzone off of Staples Mill Rd can kiss my ass! My girl placed a simple order for some chicken tender fingers with Cole slaw and Texas toast and Xtra ranch. They left out the slaw and ranch. When she called to ask for what we paid for, management gave her an attitude, charged us for the ranch we’re supposed to get and STILL forgot the damn slaw! !! I know, my girl works in the service industry but damn! Really? ! Thumbs down. Plus the food sucked! Tip dummies; food doesn’t travel well in Styrofoam! !

Ordered delivery from Wing Zone for the first time last weekend. Food was warm and fresh, flavor of sauces and sauce options were great, and the delivery did not take long at all. However, the prices are absurd. For 2 people to order one app, 2 entrees and no drinks or anything else and it to cost $ 50 for those 3 items is ridiculous and disrespectful to consumers. Spend the 5 mins it takes to call and drive over to BWWs and get your food there; as I promise you will not spend nearly half that for the same amount of food.

Wings suck. Ordered online so they could READ MY ORDER and they still leave things off every time. Only giving 2 stars because sauces are decent. I’d go anywhere else. Literally anywhere.

The wings are not good at all. The garlic parmesen is nothing like how it sounds. I did not taste the garlic or the parmesen on the wings. The table I sat at was stickey, just not an overall good experience there.

Service was good. Food was fresh we did a pick up order. The 50 wing combo was good it feed my get together 6 adults. Hot shot 3 was good not to spicy but we order an extra side of nuclear habanero to dip in also did a order of ranch flavor which was also on point but the lemon pepper diff needs some improvement I would not order that flavor again it tasted as though it was broiled and the seasoning was not good. All in all in was a pleasant experience I would come back

I went here for the first time last Thursday. This was completely random, so we were super excited to find out that wings were only $.55 each on Thursday nights! Our family meal was about $ 30 for 50 wings. We all left full and happy. We got the Cool Ranch, HoneyQ, Blackened Voodoo, Lemon Zinger, and Garlic Parm. They were all really good! The Cool Ranch and Blackened Voodoo were dusts. I personally don’t really like the dusts too much anywhere I go, so I was not expecting much. The Cool Ranch was really good, though! Not very ranchy, so I dipped it in ranch dipping sauce and it was good. The Blackened Voodoo was eh, but my parents loved it. The Garlic Parm was good but pretty spicy. Not uncomfortable, but spicy, so beware.
Definitely returning on a Thursday for this great deal!

I ordered delivery at 9:15 and food was delivered by 10:00, less than quoted delivery time. Very pleased with food quality and temperature. Driver was courteous and professional. Thank you wing zone for making delivery in the area decent

I got these wings delivered and they were actually pretty good. Far from the best I have had but I am giving them 4 stars because they were very respectable, plus they were open till midnight on new years day when everyone else was closed and they deliver for a $ 2 fee. Also I got the deal where you buy 20 and get 7 free for $ 14.79 dollars. Hard to beat for that price.
The Thai Chili sauce is very very good. It’s not very hot, just a very slight kick. I also got the Honey Q which is a basic sweet bbq flavor, good but not as good as the Thai. My wife however liked the BBQ better then the Thai, to each their own. We both agreed they were good wings tho. Slightly crispy, cooked right and juicy.

Wings are ok at best. The heat chart is inaccurate, or the cook messed up our stickers. Either way my husbands «hot shot» weren’t even hot at all and my «buffalo bliss» were hot as hell. The ranch and blue cheese containers actually pissed me off. They charge .65 per for extra but holy crap my blue cheese got me through my celery. It’s a joke. I don’t know why but that annoys me. It’s pretty expensive too. I prolly won’t be back

Fast delivery!!! Fried pickles were excellent! Wedges were kinda a throw away. Sauces and rubs galore. Burger was phenomenal, rivals any that I’ve had recently.

Food tastes good, but they’re way overpriced in my opinion. They need to offer better deals, I think. They also messed up my order when I had them deliver. I fries and a wrap missing, which is a bummer anytime.

Tried wingzone for the first time recently because of a val pak mailing coupon. I was craving someting different. Their wings are nice and juicy and their variety of sauces are nice. the fries are pretty dry though, also i got the cool ranch seasoning on it and it was super salty. I’ve gotten the thai wrap and was super sweet for my taste. All in all i would stick with the wings if i were to order again. The upside is that they do have delivery if i am not trying to leave the house.

I’ve been here to dine in many times and it has been perfect without fail. The buffalo bliss, Honey Q, cinnamon maple, and garlic parm wings are all incredible and I would strongly recommend them (not so much the BBQ Bacon Nirvana wings, despite their awesome name). The cashiers are nice and very professional. We received our meals pretty rapidly and finished the great food almost as rapidly. If you throw in the Campus Special coupon as well, this place is pretty unbeatable for the wing craver!

Pros:
–Cheap when you use the Campus Special coupon (find one of the booklets or download the app), VERY affordable.
–Wings are AMAZING (as the name would lead you to believe) and the fries are excellent as well.
–Self-​serve free refill machine DEFINITELY handy when your mouth burns like the Saharan desert!
Cons:
–No real ambiance, though in fairness it is more geared to take out and delivery. Also, how can you pay attention to the surroundings when eating wings this good?

I love a good wing spot, so I ventured into wing zone. I heard they were pretty good, but can be pricey… But I wanted to give them a try for myself. So. I went online, ordered a MegaDeal, which was 30 wings w/​2 sides $ 25.99 (mixed 15 boneless/​15 regular) We chose fries and mozzarella sticks for our sides. (You can never go wrong with mozzarella sticks when your a cheese addict like myself!!) the fries were seasoned well, and were really tasty.
Next step was choosing a sauce, there is a long list of flavors… We chose honey q and barbecue bacon nirvana… (Again, anything with bacon… Is a yes please for me!) … I left the house, 10 mins later walk into the store, which was pretty empty for 6 pm on a Saturday night. (This was perfect for me since I had 3 starving people waiting on theses wings) As I’m checking in on Unilocal,I was excited to discover there was a 10% discount digital coupon for Unilocalers! Whoo hoo! it was a bonus since I wasn’t expecting that. The girl behind the counter wasn’t familiar with how to do a Unilocal discount, but was happy to honor it and asked another girl who said she was surprised to hear they had one but sure she would honor it. They were really great about it and I was out the store in 5 mins. The guy brought it out to me quick, and my food was hot and ready…
Everything was delicious, and still hot when I got home… the sauces were good. But, the bbq bacon nirvana was the star of this meal… Also, the boneless wings were slightly better than the regular ones. (Not based on taste, more based on my personal preference)

It is what you would expect. All fried food, all the time. Went there under the expectations of good bar wings, and left with fast food at bar prices.
The place was clean, the people patient. We asked about thirty questions about their sauces, trying to pick the perfect blend of sweat and spicy for our dinner picnic at home.
It wasn’t a horrible experience, but with all of Richmonds great bars, there is no reason to return.
As a side not, I will not be fooled by Chicken Nuggets under the alias of boneless wings. I think the market director that spun white meat chicken nuggets into boneless wings to sell adults on children’s food to be a genius, but I am slightly insulted when servers tell me there is no difference.
Adults like children’s food, no shame in our game, but why try and protect our ego by calling it something that sounds like a bar food?
What’s next juice boxes called mixers? Go Yo’s as palette cleansers?
Avoid the sugar sounding sauces, the cinnamon and maple sugar put my GF into a sugar coma, and ended our picnic on the coach at 8pm. Not the all night cuddle ‘thon we had planned on :)

Last week, I had a taste for Wings… and I have heard several people talk about the Wing Zone. So, I decided to venture down Staples Mills and find out JUST how good their Wings were… Since it was my first time in the place, I noticed many people having lunch still, however I was happy the young man behind the register took his time with me without rushing… as there were many different flavors to choose from, and they have several combos in the way you can order so you can order one or more flavors… So, I had the Combo which allowed me to have two flavors.
I went for the Ragin’ Cajun and Nuclear-​Habanero Wings. I like heat, so this will be a good test in HOW hot are their Wings and how much flavor in the Cajun Wings. I than ordered a Coke and looked around for LOTS of napkins, because for me… I seem to get a lot on my face when I enjoy wings. It took them almost 15 minutes to get my order out, so I had TWO refills on the Coke… I am not sure as to why it took so long as it was not busy in the place…
When the Wings came out, they look good. I went for the Ragin Cajun first and too my much surprise, they had some Heat and really a nice flavor as well. I was glad they had extra sauce on the wings as I found myself licking the bones… Even the Chicken was cooked just right and not overcooked. I than dug into the Nuclear Habanero as I wanted the HEAT! They had Heat, however I am not sure I would call them Nuclear Habanero… When I think Nuclear, I am thinking REALLY HOT! They were HOT, but not Nuclear Hot! The ONLY disappointment in the Nuclear Wings was the lacking of Nuclear Sauce on the wings. I wanted to lick the bones like I did on the Ragin Cajun. When I was finished, I had sauce all over my face.
I had the opportunity to speak with the Manager/​Owner and she said Wing Zone is a Franchise… I thought it was a Mom and Pop’s operation. On the menu they have Hamburgers and other items which you can order. She did tell me, I could have gotten extra sauce, however since NO one came to my table while I was eating to ask me how were the wings… I did not know about asking… So, I am giving it 4 Stars for taking so long and I would like to have seen someone come around as ask… «How is everything»? Just a friendly Gesture I feel… So, I will be returning again when I have the urge to have Wings. I will definitely order the Cajun wings. So, if you see me in there… just hand me a napkin as I will be licking the bones on their wings… A must try! :-)

Wanted to try a wings place and Wing Zone satisfied the craving. Tried 4 different flavors through a combination of orders: honey bbq, spicy thai, garlic Parmesan, and spicy cajun. The bbq and the spicy thai (a sweet spicy) were the favorites. The cajun was just a little too bitter spicy if that makes sense, and the garlic parm also didn’t quite hit the spot, although it wasn’t bad. The wings themselves are a good meaty size, juicy and fried well.
The décor is pretty basic, clean. We were the only customers at the time for and it took about 15 minutes for food to come. Would not be a place I go to all the time, but good for a wings craving.
