I really wanted to like this place. They’ve tried to create a pleasant, home-like, environment. Unfortunately the energy in the office is anything but friendly and welcoming. One of the physical therapists consistently makes me wait 30 mins to an hour before she comes in the room and works with me for maybe 15 minutes. This long of a wait is somewhat expected in a doctor’s office, but not for physical therapy. In addition, she offers no explanation or apology for her lateness, even my doctor apologizes if I have to wait a long time. In fact, she seems annoyed that she even has to be there. And I agree with the previous reviewer, one of the other therapists there loves to talk and talk mostly about herself. She doesn’t listen when I try to explain where I’m experiencing pain, and when she does«listen» she’s extremely dismissive. On the couple occasions she did«work» with me she sent me to the gym to do exercises by myself. I can do that at home for free. On the positive side, the front staff is polite and professional, and I have found one of the physical therapists there very helpful. But I recently found out she will be leaving…

I got a decent and affordable(65 bucks usually, I got it on sale for 52) prenatal massage here. They have late hours for after work which is convenient. The staff is really nice. Overall it had more of a medical feeling than a spa like feeling and the lady talked the WHOLETIME she was massaging me, which isn’t always fun(I prefer to be silent and relax). But for the money, it’s decent.
