Went to Yesterdays Change today and was incredibly disappointed. I was there to buy some fractional Gold. The good: They have a great storefront. Parking is easy and convenient to get to. Facebook page and Website is «somewhat active». The bad: Upon arrival today I saw 2 people entering the store. I walked up to the front door and as in most coin stores they have a «ring bell» for entrance. I did that and an employee was standing at the door looking at me. I rang the bell and he continued to look at me. I proceded to open the door and the employee allowed it to just barely open and is a sharp tone of voice stated«We are closed». He then repeated«We are closed». I at this time did notice a sign that stated they were closed(no reason given). The Facebook and Website did not reflect this change of hours for today. I figured it was a temp thing and got some lunch. I called after lunch and a employee answered on the first ring. I inquired about their hrs and was told«We are closed» and was hung up on. Lesson learned: If you are going to be closed on a Monday(for example today Columbus day) please state you are closed on your Facebook/Website. Today you had a first time customer drive 20 miles to be shown how crappy your customer service is. Above was my first review… Below is the revised review After this review was posted the owner reached out to me and apologized for the episodes. We exchanged emails and ultimately they ended up buying quite a bit of Silver from me. They gave a fair price and the process was very quick and professional. I am very much a believer of «stuff happens». I applaud Tripps willingness to reach out to me and rectify the situation. I will deal with again.

These guys are great! The owner really went out of his way to make sure I got the deal that I had originally been dissatisfied with. They have monthly catalogs with a very large selection. I love collecting coins and was looking for a local«go-to» store for my needs. I’ll be back for more. Thank you, Tripp!
