This place is a joke. Not only is it nearly impossible to get an order right but when you order a toasted bagel it comes to you like a piece of concrete. I have given this place numerous chances since they are the most convenient on my way to work, but never again. I’m not exactly sure what’s so difficult about toasting a bagel and adding sugar to a coffee but someone should figure it out.
