I am a first time homebuyer and was very nervous about the whole process. I had researched several companies that perform WDO inspections and needed to find one that could do the inspection as soon as possible, which in my case happened to be on a weekday and outside of normal business hours. Glenn Balogh charged a very decent fee and went above and beyond to make sure my inspection was taken care of. Not only did he do me a favor by coming outside of normal business hours, he also drove quite a distance in pouring rain, and missed his church service. He was very friendly, happy to answer my questions, and I felt he was honest. I would definitely recommend him.
