Clean and convenient facility. Staff is professional and helpful. First experience renting a storage unit and so far, so good! Love the easy access to the drive up unit.

Warning!!! At 6 months they raised our rate 30%. When my wife called to find out why the increase, the rude asshole on the phone told my wife he could raise it to anything he wanted and that we should expect another increase in another increase 6 months from now. These guys suck…

I have been renting here for about 3 years now. I moved so I moved my unit to a closer facility which was not a great idea. They put me in a unit far from the door and on the second level which would be find except: — the dollies are practically none existent and when you do find the dolly handle is not locked on so if you need to help it up a bump the handle pops off. I was injured the only time I used it. — to get into the lift you have to get through the drain area and over two significant bumps that might not be too bad if the handle on the dolly was locked on. The actual lift gets«fixed» with a repaint from time to time just covering the rust and making it harder to open and close the lift door. There is also no door stop to keep the lift door open while you put things in the lift. Good luck with the wind. They also have a rate hike every six months for no reason other then making more money. After renting at other facilities that do not have this practice I may be relocating for a lower locked in rate. I keep seeing reviews on their site claiming how clean the facility is. It may be clean but often I find garbage in the lift. Everything from dressers, empty boxes, to shopping carts. Not the best to maneuver around. Lastly, when I first moved in they did not show me where the key pad is to exit or how to exit. I don’t suggest this facility for long term rental or anyone that might have issues getting the dolly in and out of the lift.

What terrible business practice. After another absurd rate hike, now $ 165 per month for an inside unheated 10×10 unit, decided to call it quits. I’m not storing the queen’s jewels in here people! And still one handcart for the ENTIRE complex! F for failure to please. Their policy should be the opposite– the longer you have a unit, the lower your rent goes, but no don’t reward loyalty, instead take advantage of your long term customers’ patience and the likelihood that they don’t wanna move their stuff and jack up their rates. Dumb practice. Dumb business.
