While moving my boyfriend’s dad out of his unit, we kept finding roaches. After picking up a box I found this huge centipede (more than 6 inches long). Roaches are one thing, but poisonous arachnids are another. After kicking it out of the unit, it kept running back inside until it climbed through a hole in the wall and into the next locker.
The aisleways are TIGHT, barely wide enough for a truck to come through. I have no idea how it would work if someone’s come through the gate, it’s closed behind them, and another person starts coming down the aiseway wanting to exit.
On the positive side, the woman who runs the place is really nice and comes through on her golf cart to check on her tenants from time to time. In the past, she’d brought the grinder to cut the lock on my boyfriend’s dad’s locker for free when he lost the keys and it would have cost at least a hundred bucks to get a locksmith over there.
