I never write negative reviews but I feel like this one is begging for it. I really don’t expect much in terms of customer service in this town, I have had a few good experiences though. This experience at this establishment, however is definitely not one of those. I went into the UPS store with a package and a preprinted return slip to Amazon. The only salesperson, a girl named Trisha Billings, was in the back. She slowly sauntered to the counter with not so much as a «Hello». Good start right? Long story short, I stood there for 10 minutes plus while she (without saying A SINGLE WORD to me) fussed around on the computer and then made a call to someone else apparently trying to figure out how to do her job. At one point I asked her if there was a problem. She simply scoffed at me and mumbled something about missing papers. No explanation. It turns out I was missing a paper to send the package but I wasted time because this girl was rude and terrible at her job. Honestly, they need to get someone in that store who can at least have a semblance of a conversation with a customer. This was the worst experience, I couldn’t believe it.
