Lindsays Furniture Showcase

I would like to thank Lois and Chris for all their superior help in helping me pick out my new couches. It was nice to be treated with respect not like Mom’s Furniture who were very pushy and not concerned with what I was interested in. Lois helped me out with a nice 3 piece Lazy Boy couch with knowing the quality and comfort of how my furniture will be used and what would be best in my choice. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable were my key factors. I live in Lake Isabella and will be back for a new table and chairs.

Update:
I received a call from Chris at Lindsay’s today he was very apologetic, took responsibility for not following through and sounded sincere. He offered to make things right by giving me a couple options. I elected to go with having them order another couch in the same color and fabric, so it would match the recliner I purchased from them, which by the way has no issues. He told me that I could continue to use the couch until the new one arrived seeing how I already gave away my old couch.
He also stated that he would tell La-​Z-​Boy to be sure to make the new one was built to their high standards especially because it was a re-​order and that it would be inspected very closely. Of course if the build quality isn’t great I will NOT hold Lindsay’s at fault because I know that they don’t have any control over how a product is made. He also said that he would inform me by no later than week as to about how long it would be until the new one was built.
Hopefully the customer service will continue and I’ll be able to update this again

Spacious store. Patty came right up to me and was eager to help. I tried out every single bed in there, looking for a new mattress. She made me an offer I couldn’t refuse, and I will be picking up the thing shortly.
Fairly clean store, it’s better on the inside than what it looks like from the outside. They offer free local delivery, unlike some EZ Rent type places.
I like that they also offer longer warranties than what I was offered at other places.
Suggestion: please put a bicycle rack near your parking lot or entrance. I had a hard time finding somewhere to chain my precious road bike, so I could feel safe shopping.
