Great food selection and quality, awesome service, and a major supporter of the local community!!! I really like all the different pizzas they have and their lunch buffet is a great deal. People are friendly, helpful, keep the place clean and moving, and tend to always have a smile. It’s usually packed around lunch, so it can be a good kind-of noisy. There’s plenty of seating so bring your friends! I absolutely love that Pizza Factory wants to contribute back to the community. They regularly donate proceeds to a large number of groups in Ridgecrest and the surrounding towns. They are a great partner and supporter of Ridgecrest and its people! Thanks!

Pizza and wing quality as of late have been a 6 out of 10. The best part of my take home pizza experience was the delivery guy. Always cool, knows the orders and is actually early… consistently! Keeping my number on file with my previous orders makes it easy to order.

Salad bar is good . Cottage cheese was so fresh ‚ Pickle and bacon pizza is the best pizza I have ever tried

We chose to have the lunch buffet — not a great choice. The salad bar was well stocked and we were able to make great salads. Sadly, the pizza that was out had been there for a while and was a bit cooler than it should have been. When the hot pizza was put out it was better but, not great. Very much reminded me of a Little Cesear.

After receiving my large pepperoni, I farted and was still able to smell the food over my fart. Highly recommended establishment. +100

I ordered takeout, which was a mistake at least from a cost perspective. $ 22 for a two-topping large pizza. Wow. And this is by no means gourmet pizza. More along the lines of Cicis or Paizanos. The pie was alright; pretty unremarkable but still better than any of the big three nationwide chains. Definitely do the buffet if you want pizza from here.

I like this place. They have good food, and give back to the community through fundraising events. The pizza isn’t especially awesome, but it is good. The buffet is good, but the place can get super busy and that makes it tough to get what you want from the buffet sometimes because it is kinda small. There is a small game room in the back, it’s not really that impressive, but it’s nice that they have it, because the other pizza place in town with games is horrid. Ordering is a bit awkward because you order before sitting, so deciding on what an entire family/group wants while standing in front of the register while others wait is somewhat nerve wracking.

Went here the other day and had excellent service and food ! Ordered what they called a pastrami pizza — and to me was best of both worlds — love pastrami and pickle sandwiches, and pizza. This combined them both. Pastrami, mustard, chopped dill pickles — yummy ! Had never tried before and am so glad I did yesterday ! Got small pizza and afterwards wished I’d ordered a larger size in order to have had some to take home. Give this pizza a try if you like pastrami! They servers were friendly and quickly there when necessary !

My very large basketball team came in when they were about to close and the service was still great. Smiles on their faces the whole time, and the food was really good!!! They deserve raises or something. :)

I think that Pizza Factory offers good pizza for what it is: a place that offers quick service and buffet options. This restaurant offers an affordable salad and pizza buffet that offers salads and a variety of pizzas including dessert pizza options. The buffet pizzas sit out under heated lamps but seem to get eaten and replaced rather quickly. In addition to the buffet, you can order your own pizza(s) to be made fresh. The flavors of the pizza tasted pretty good but each slice of pizza came with its own pool of grease and the crust was kind of chewy. The service was fine, food okay, and everything about this place was pretty average. This isn’t a place I would go out of my way for because the idea of greasy food sitting out under a heated lamp isn’t quite my cup of tea, but for what this place has to offer, it was pretty good.

Good service and good food. The only issue was the stocking of the buffet as it was low on lettuce and potatoes the entire time. Had a great ambiance of tv’s on and very friendly staff. I would come back again.

This place is great. Very clean, great variety ot pizza, it would be nice to see more pasta dishes, or chicken Parmesan, or linguine with shrimp. The buffet is pretty good and the price is affordable. However it confusing the first visit, the counter is very far from the door and there is no indication if you should be seated or wait to be seated or to just go to the counter and the employees will not greet you no matter how lost you look!(go to the counter)

Lunch buffet is awesome! Great place to eat lunch with a group, although this place gets packed pretty quickly. Ordering regular pizza for carry out or delivery is way overpriced, as it reminds me of a glorified CiCi’s Pizza and I’d never pay $ 25 for a large Pizza from that place.

It’s always exciting when there’s beer on tap! They have four or five here. Pairing food with beer is better then food alone. The beer can come in a frosted glass-score! I got a veggie pizza, the cheese and toppings were generous, but my crust was doughy. It would have been a better pizza otherwise. I loved their garlic bread sticks, so good, fluffy, covered in butter and garlic powder. I’ll definitely get them again. There is no table services, they deliver it to your table, but sometimes nearby employees did cheack up on me.

The salad bar here is off the chain fresh! I was hoping for salad and wings but unfortunately they only serve breaded wings. The staff was awkward at best. Took the manager/portly older man about 5 minutes to look up and acknowledge that we were there. Definitely left me unsatisfied with my experience. The arcade is cute. We played a few games… But the prize bin was really lame. Wish I could say more but that is it.

After our big move across the country, we asked our landlord where we could grab some good pizza and recommended PF. So instead of unpacking, we came straight to PF and ordered the Burroughs pizza-x-large and got a free order of breadsticks(thanks, Unilocal!). Our cashier seemed to be unaware of the Unilocal check in offer, but asked someone in the back, who ok’d it. We also noticed a few signs posted about the return on honey butter and decided to try it out with the breadsticks. We were a little iffy about it, but we all fell in love at the first bite. The breadsticks were just the right amount of crunch on the outside and unbelievably soft and warm on the inside. The honey butter was definitely the icing on top! Our pizza was also delicious! I am a huge fan of thin pizza and even a bigger fan when the toppings cover ever inch, minus the crust. The ingredients tasted so fresh and not greasy. We will definitely be coming back! Also, the cashier-Carl was an awesome help! The restaurant itself is pretty big and has a lot to offer. There are a few big screen tv’s and an arcade room for the little kids. If you don’t feel like eating inside the restaurant, they also have a small patio. Since it was our first time coming to PF, I was a little confused whether or not this place was table service or not, but I finally found my way to the front, to place our order.

This is the only place I will go to for pizza in town, as their ingredients aren’t all frozen or pre-prepared. That’s not to say the pizza here is great, it’s more of a comment on how bad the other pizza options in town are. Sadly, I think all the other«pizza» options are fast food(Domino’s, Pizza Hut, etc). I didn’t forget John’s Pizza — I just don’t think that’s pizza; it’s more of a half-melted casserole dish. Pizza for me is a NY style thin crust with house made sauce. That’s what I grew up on, and that’s what I love. If you order the thin crust here and ask for them to make it «VERY well done», it comes pretty close to being great. There are bubbles in the crust and a crunch to the bottom, and the cheese incorporates into the sauce and toppings better. I will never understand people’s desire for half-melted congealed pizza cheese on a fresh pie. So if you must have pizza, I definitely recommend Pizza Factory over any other place in Ridgecrest.
