Do they have a support group for their chocolate shavings sprinkles and s’mores ice cream? Cause I need it.

They were listed as one of the Top 10 chocolate shops… forget it. The shop is cluttered and most of the candy is made and can be bought anyware. This is supposed to be on the Connecticut Chocolate trail… don’t waste your time

Simply the best hot chocolate in all of Connecticut! Located on the picturesque Main Street in Ridgefield, you will love taking a walk with whoever is lucky enough to go with you! Also noteworthy, the Swamp ice cream is a mix of a bunch of awesome things!

Oh Deborah Ann– I don’t know who you are but I love you. This candy store is amazing. It carries all the good chocolates in the cases as well as the sugary things in jars. It has it all yet is a quaint, inviting place. No garish colors. It’s homey and that’s how I like my sweet shops!

The best Mocha Chip ice-cream nearby. Nothing short of a candy dreamland for all ages. Every flavor gummy bear you can imagine and more.

I adore Deborah Ann’s. I remember when they first opened up when I was in middle school and they were next door to the Ancient Mariner. I’m so thrilled to see how they’ve expanded and grown. Perhaps my favorite part is that they’ve mostly kept the ice cream flavors and recipes from Mr. Shane’s(which they absorbed a number of years ago). Carnival is without a doubt the best flavor on the menu. Though I’ve been told they do a solid toasted coconut as well if that’s your thing. They have a lovely selection of handmade chocolates and fudge. They used to sell different varieties of chocolate covered pretzels(like with sprinkles or mini m&ms) but they seem to be gone now. You can however request them, which my mother does every year for Easter. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and they have a great selection of bulk candy for the kiddies. It’s a wonderful neighborhood establishment and I’m so happy to see it thriving on Main Street.

Without a doubt the BEST hot chocolate I ever had in my life. I’m not sure what they do to it but every sip was delicious. If you live far away like I do it’s still worth the drive.

I haven’t actually had the candy at Deborah Ann’s, but the ice cream alone is worth the trip. Super-creamy, with a creative and ever changing list of flavors. A great summer stop with the kids.

Please get soy ice cream, sorbet, or any form of non-dairy icy goodness! It breaks my heart to watch everyone enjoy their ice cream while I watch! On a happier note, the dark chocolate peanut butter cups are amazing

Take delicious homemade chocolate and add the most wonderful soft serve ice cream, mix it with scrumptious fudge and you have Deborah Ann’s Homemade Chocolates. Hershey’s and Nestle have nothing on you Deborah Ann! Cute novelty gifts, such as chocolate golf clubs(not actual size!) for Father’s Day, t-shirts, Webkinz and other such things, are also available, as are candies from your childhood, such as Pop Rocks, Gold Nugget gum, Pixie Stix and Violet candies. Stop in, yu won’t be disappointed!

Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum. Yes, I love chocolate. And, so naturally I love Deborah Ann’s. This place has great seasonal ideas… all with chocolate in mind. Plus they have rows and rows of bulk candies that the boys love to dig into. Ice cream in those hot, muggy days of summer comes in handy too. Oh, but don’t expect to be in and out in a hurry on Valentine’s Day… there’s a wait here, but it’s worth it!
