So generous! My first ride we rode and every single person who rode, 100% of the proceeds went to the epilepsy foundation! They are amazing. It’s clean, professional and a GREAT workout! Love it and can’t wait to come back!

Great people, great environment! No pressure– you take things at your own pace, but feel motivated enough to push harder. First class is free. Easy to sign up online and view classes. Locker rooms, changing room, cubbies available. Towels are provided– make sure you bring plenty of water!

What a great addition to Ridgefield’s Work out Scene! I am a big fan of Soul Cycle and this is a very comparable suburban version. I’ve done 4 classes in the last month and have loved them all. The music is great, the instructors motivating and helpful, and the studio is so clean. The fact that my first class was free also didn’t hurt. The classes are very challenging but you come away completely energized. The only 2 reasons I didn’t give Joy Ride 5 stars was a. due to its serving Poland Spring rather than Aquafina(this is a Pepsi town!) and b. the fact that they don’t have spin shoes for rent! While I’m glad you can use your own regular sneakers, I’ve grown accustomed to the security of spin shoes and wish there was an option to rent them.

1÷26÷2014 First to Review I had never done an indoor cycling class but had always wanted to so I was very happy that this studio opened in Ridgefield, very close to home. They opened last week with free classes and had a «grand» opening on Saturday when I stopped by. To get people to try indoor cycling, they were/are giving you a free class. That was all I needed. I would say that I am in fairly good shape as I run 15 – 20 miles a week and I like doing that. I wanted to mix it up a bit so I did do a class today. The owners and the instructors couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. The studio, being brand new is awesome with men’s and women’s locker rooms and showers. They also have lockers and plenty of bathrooms. The studio itself is nice and open and good to hang out in waiting for your class. I was a bit hesitant in trying this but once the class started, it was awesome. The instructor, Jared, started out slowly giving instructions all the way and playing some great invigorating music. The class is dark and the room gets warm and you can go at a pace that is comfortable for you. The class starts out cycling on flat roads, then up and down hills while you are in one of three positions on the bike. You control the tension so it is just perfect. After the final hill, there is some arm work with a weighted bar as well as stretching for a full workout in 50 minutes. It kicked my butt today but I cannot wait to go back for more! If you want try a different aerobic activity, this is perfect. Class times are convenient as they start in the early morning and go on into the early evening. This is a great addition to Ridgefield and I am very happy they opened here!
