Never even got my son in. Made appointment for 4:15 wasn’t even greeted at door, was asked my appointment time, then told the 4pm appointment was first and it was alreasy 4:15. She gave me a look as if too bad lady you and you’re kid can deal with it, not even I’m sorry wer’re running late. What is the point of making an appointment for your kid and rushing him from school to the place if they don’t even keep appointment times? Went over to Otto2 and got him a better and cheaper haircut

I love this place. My haircut is high maintenance… Shaved head and a trimmed beard a constant effort. They do this for me. Top that with an hour without my cell phone. It is the perfect experience.

I’ve been going for several months now and find it convenient and friendly with good service. I don’t always get a great cut but I find myself getting my hair cut every couple of weeks to keep it clean and the neck shaved etc. this makes the monthly fee worthwhile.

When Kennedy’s first opened I thought it sounded like a pretty cool concept, so shortly after they opened I stopped in for a haircut. I was pretty amazed how they transformed a brand new building into a shop that looked like it had been around for decades.
However, my experience was far from great. The woman who cut my hair did a terrible job, so bad that I went elsewhere to get it fixed. After learning the price of the membership fee, I concluded that this concept was not for me. Maybe if you went in for a haircut every week it might be worth it.

What a disappointment! I love cigars and what can be better that combine it with a good haircut and shave. Well, they forgot about my first in the morning appointment and I showed up before the staff, they were completely disorganized and their «Professor Eddy» talks too much and shaved my GT slanted. Never mind cigars etc, this place was a mess! I
