Beautiful clothes, terrible management! I was over-​charged at time of check-​out because the sale item didn’t ring up the correct amount. The worker tried to issue me a credit and even though the credit slip didn’t seem correct to me, she assured me «that’s what it’s supposed to look like».
I checked my credit card and sure enough, no credit. I called the store and while everyone was nice enough, no one can seem to issue me the credit. Apparently only a few workers have the right to issue credits to credit cards, and those folks don’t work often! I am a month in, and the store called me to say the credit would be issued this week. Again, I check my statement and guess what… it was another debit! Now the store owes me twice the amount. Needless to say, not happy. Called again, and of course waiting for that very special one person to come in to process the double credit.
If you are in Ridgefiled and can’t get to another store to shop for overpriced clothes, then go to Lucy’s…but pay in cash as they don’t know how to used the credit card machine.
