Mobile Rescue

The ladies at Mobile Rescue are phenomenal! I could not live without them. Very professional and great customer service! They went above and beyond to rescue my broken phone many times. Always go to them whenever I have phone/​laptop troubles because they are reliable and trustworthy. As a professional I worry about who has access to all my sensitive data and I know I can trust them with any of my devices.

This is the most professional and helpful phone business I have ever been to. First of all the atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. Mobile Rescue has many unique phone cases I never saw anywhere else. But what I really needed was a repair, the side and back of my iphone was all smashed. The people who worked there were all very well trained and knowledgeable. They explained how they would fix it and options to pick it up later or have it delivered to me. They were very nice and patient with all of my questions.
I would prefer to go to Mobile Rescue then any other AT&T, Verizon or similar store. At large corporate places there is no place to sit down. At big corporations like that they try to over sell you things that you don’t want or need. And the people working there don’t really care to help, they are not trained to handle the phones and cannot answer questions about the hardware.
Mobile Rescue was so helpful and efficient. I have been telling everyone about how professional and nice the employees are. Any phone issue I have, I plan to see them first. I’m so glad my phone is fixed, it’s perfect!
