This is the second time I have been here in a 3 year period. Both times they were great. They fixed my laptop quickly and charged a reasonable rate to do so. I highly recommend them.

Customer service sucks.
Bought a USB WiFi adapter that didn’t receive a good signal at my house. I went back to exchange it for something else and was looking to pay more for another one. Cashier said I had to pay a 20% restocking fee even for exchanges. On this alone I rate this place a 1 star and will not be returning/​referring anyone to here. I will do my computer shopping at target/​walmart/​bestbuy/​amazon.

I don’t go in here often, not in the area all that much, but they have a fairly large space with decent selections of all the computer odds and ends which I sometimes need on the job. Today I needed a PCI nic ASAP and they had a selection of five brands including DLink and Linksys. If I lived or worked in the area, they would be a go-​to place for me. Nice people.
