Staff is so helpful! We just bought our first house and had NO idea what to do with the yard and flower beds. They never made me feel silly for not having a clue:) they walked me through every step. We now have a yard that looks like it was planned. Looking forward to doing more!

Have never had much luck here. You can walk the place for hours without finding anyone willing to help you. I have also noticed that they don’t even answer their phone most of the time.

Never seen to have enough workers and it’s hit-​or-​miss on whether they will be able to answer your questions or just tell you to read the tag. Also feel they’re often under-​stocked. They ran out of soil, compost AND mulch this spring! After several negative experiences here, next time I’ll drive to Yard n Garden or McFarlane’s.

Great selection and helpful, knowledgeable staff makes for a good shopping experience. I hadn’t been there much in the past because I thought I could get better prices elsewhere but I am sold now and will be going there first when I am looking for something special.
