I have lived here far too long. The manager Richard Potter seems to ignore issues for some and enforce rules on a few. In other words he plays favorites. He allows loud parties that can go on until 3 to 4 in the morning. We all enjoy having a good time but when you live so close to each other as we do having a party outside with 20 – 30 people with loud music is not okay. Countless other drug addict related issues.
