Applebee’s

I got carside to go. I ordered online, not the easiest process but I made it through okay.
Carsied to go was ready right on time and the girl taking care of my order was fast and professional.
I got the triple app with Siracha Shrimp, Double Crunch Bone-​in wings and honey bbq crosscut ribs to start. I loved the Siracha Shrimp. Other than the wonton strips being over done, the shrimp was crispy and had just enough spicy to kick my tough in the behind.
There was nothing «Double Crunch» about my bone-​in wings. The Thai sauce was a good flavor with real peanut sprinkled on it, but not crunch at all. they did taste good though, I just want more crunch.
The crosscut ribs were awful. They were over-​sauced and I don’t like all the bits of bone. It’s not my cut of meat, but seriously it was swimming in the BBQ sauce. I couldn’t finish them.
For my entrée I got the Bourbon steak. I asked to have it cooked medium rare. It was cooked perfectly however I’m not a fan of the Bourbon steak flavors. So the steak was just ok. The potatoes with my steak were not seasoned at all. And onions do not count as a side, I deserved another side for a $ 15 entrée.
Over all I was disappointed.

The food was basically what we expected hers did not have everything it was supposed to have on it. missing a few ingredients. The service was great the service time was better than expected and you were able to pay at the table without having to wait for a check which I thought was pretty cool I’ve never seen that before and actually I left my cell phone on the table. The server came out in the parking lot to return it to me! We have been there several times I’ll give them a four-​star based on this one particular visit we will definitely be back lots of great things on their new menu!

I know what I’m about to say is cliché, but if I could give this Applebee’s location no stars, I would. I’ve been to many other Applebee’s restaurants in this and other states, but I’ve never had service like this. I waited 10 minutes before being seated (there was no line) 30 minutes for me to get something to drink and another 30 minutes to get the food that had been sitting in the window for 20 minutes. We only received our food after speaking to the manager who offered only a discount rather than a comp. Not only was the server not concerned with how I received my food, she never returned during the entire experience. Frustrated, we asked to speak with the manager again who was so tied up with another disaster that he didn’t come back to the table. I’m not saying that Applebee’s is a bad place to eat, but this location is definitely one I won’t return to.

I frequent this particular Applebee’s often and I must say I’ve never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and hot and the staff is awesome!

This place has the worst service ever. The other ones are much better and I will never ever attend this location again. The food was cold and the service was horrible. There were servers sitting around watching as one waiter tried to service the whole restaurant. The manager say in the corner on a cell phone and did not attempt to assist in any way. Sorry management at this location. Will never attend again. By the way this happened on two occasions on a Saturday and a Friday weeks apart. I have learned my lesson…

Ditto with all the previous one star reviews. Wish I could leave a zero star review. Horrible service. They seem to not want to be there to serve (as if they were counting the hours off the clock to go home). The sad part is we stay two blocks away and it would be SO convenient to visit this one. Left there and went across the reservoir to Cheddar’s and got great service. Will not visit this one for the foreseeable future.

The most terrible service I’ve ever gotten. Our food came out in stages; I got mine after everybody was through eating. I will never go back there. The manager had no offer of compensation. The worst place in Ridgeland MS to eat.

If I could write this review with no stars I would have but it requires at least one to access and that is the only reason for the one star…
This location has the absolute worse service I have ever experienced… my lil waiter was so inept and inexperienced it was ridiculous…
I was one of 6 tables… I sat for 20 min waiting on my beverage but was entertained by the customers around me that had nothing but complaints that the manager ignored and simply blamed on the waiter REALLY
The food 25 dollars wasted my blood sugar levels were low and I had no choice but to consume and granted NOT the worst but with the wait which was over an hour it should have been better … will not revisit anytime soon this location…

Ordered for curbside and got something completely different. Came back and there’s hardly any staff. Stood by the entrance for nearly 2 minutes before a waiter came by to assist me. The manager seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing but he’s the only friendly one. They have no customer service skills. Will never return.
