Came in with the intention of purchasing a few Ralph Lauren shirts. Entered the Polo section in plain site of two young ladies who were standing behind the cash register but were too caught up in their conversation to greet me or ask if I needed help. I’ll still shop at Dillard’s in other states but I refuse to ever spend a dime at the Jackson, MS location.

A fairly standard Dillards, if a little run-​down. They had a large selection of women’s and juniors clothes, and I did manage to find a decent (if overpriced) cotton mini-​blazer to wear for a work meeting.
Salespeople were really helpful, and one lady even took a jacket off the mannequin for me. Hard to imagine anyone making that effort in Miami, lol.
All in all, an ok place to stop in for a necessity or some quick pick-​ups.
