I love the massage I got, the best one that I have received in the Jackson area. I used Groupon and felt that it was worth the groupon price. but the regular prices put it out of my price range. and are much higher than a lot of other massage therapies.
The surrounding were clean and i felt comfortable.

My son and I were in town on business and scheduled massages. Everything was professionally done and the massage was excellent! Definitely will return if I am in the area.

Hit or miss.
The man at reception is very nice but a little over the top at times with using your name too often, being overly polite, etc. Better over than under polite, I guess!
As for massage, it was well done in terms of relieving muscle tension, but sadly, made me uncomfortable enough that I won’t go back. You women know what I mean. You have to stay strictly professional and not flirt with your clients in this kind of context, when you are in a vulnerable state. He just went too close to areas I did not want massaged, and made jokes such as calling the massage a «first date» and told me not to «cheat on him». Not appreciated.
I also received a Brazilian wax from Spa Beca which was excellent. Crystal knows what she is doing, and is very friendly and professional. It was as efficient and non-​awkward as possible. Pain was predictable, nothing that is within an aestetician’s control. I give her five stars.
