Went today a female worker with red hair was awful no customer service at all! No hi, no thank you, or have a nice day! I don’t expect a lot from a fas food place! But a hello welcome to subway would have been nice haha

Ate early lunch to bypass a traffic jam on Highway. Two gentleman who were working were very kind and took care of us quickly. .i always get the turkey Italiano with a bunch of veggies. sandwhich tastes good. Facility was clean for most part but apparently the womans bathroom was nasty as i was about to enter and a woman sitting with her family said don’t go in and use the men’s bathroom. I took her word for it! Food was normal for subway. I eat here because i know what to expect!

Always multiple people on shift but usually only 1 person actually working. They have a lot of difficulty taking orders and then try to multitask without success. Took me almost 15 min and 2 credit card transactions to leave with my 2 sandwiches with only 1 person in line before me.

I’m surprised at the negative comments– I am thinking maybe they have fixed those problems? My husband and I stopped in on the way back from Charleston SC to Florida. It’s about your average Subway shop. The establishment itself is very nice and it’s in a safe and well-lit area. Sandwiches were yummy, food was fresh. Bathrooms were very clean. I’d recommend it for a quick bite to eat, since it’s right on the highway!

Stopped in for a late lunch. Not a customer in the place. Stood at counter for awhile while the staff were busy talking to each other. Walked away to wash my hands came back and was finally greeted. First half of sub made but no one else had time to break away from their conversation to make part two of my sub. I asked lady #1 if someone was coming to do it and at first she just ignored me. I repeated myself in easy hearing distance of two other employees to no avail so I told them to keep the sub and left. I enjoyed incredibly attentive service by Myra Simmons and delicious homemade BBQ at The Grill a block away. I did reach the manager Dawn at Subway and she seemed genuinely appalled and invited me back for a complimentary meal. No thanks. Who wants food served from rude staff. Gives me a stomachache thinking about it.

Stopped on a road trip at lunchtime. Service was slow and inept – I would say it felt like the first day for two of the three workers except it didn’t seem like first-day-cluelessness. The guy making my sandwich mistakenly gave me pepper jack cheese instead of the Monterey I asked for. When I noticed and pointed it out to the veggie station girl(who now had my sandwich) she looked totally clueless then got the meat guy involved again, then they poked around at the cheeses, then decided they were out of Monterey and just looked at me. If I waited for them to fix it or ask me what I’d like I think we’d still be there. My husband’s flatbread came with Fritos(it was advertised on the menu board as having Fritos on it) yet both employees were adamant it didn’t until he actually pointed it out on the menu board. Egads. Checkout went smoothly but that was done by the employee who had a clue. The bathrooms and dining area were clean. Overall we were not impressed. It gets three stars because, let’s face it, it’s a Subway.
