Ed and his team were great. Right when we moved to Bergen County he came by and updated our alarm system. He added some new high tech features that I liked and he stopped by a few months later to do some IT work with CAT wiring in the house. Every time he has been over he does an amazing job. His quality and expertise are excellent and he’s a very nice man. If you need any security systems or IT for your house I would highly recommend Accurate Alarm Systems.

Ed came to my house to give me an estimate on a new alarm system and installing cameras. I needed the work done fairly quickly because we had construction going on in the basement and the celiings were going to be closed. He told me he would try to fit me in the next week and proceeded to ignore my phone calls and messages for the next month. When I finally was able to reach him we scheduled an appointment for a weekday morning, and I stayed home for that reason. He did not show up nor call with an explanation. When I contacted him at noon the same day he told me his car wouldn’t start, and did not offer an apology for his failure to be in touch and the fact that he wasted my time. This basic lack of courtesy and professionalism is why I do not recommend working with this company.

There is none better than Ed and Jerry from Accurate Alarm. They are true professionals in their field. Their service is a pleasure.
