This company has been one of the most frustrating I have ever dealt with. Contacted 12⁄9 for washing machine repair. Technician came promptly on the day scheduled, diagnosed the problem and said the owner would call me that day or the next with a price. Did not hear from him so I called a few days later. Gave me the price and said part was back ordered for a week or more. Called again after that time and was told it might be in within a few days. Called again and was told they would have it to install on 12⁄23. Technician came and informed me that the supply house had sent the wrong part. When I asked whose fault it was, he told me that the box that housed the part gave the correct info but the wrong part was in the box. Have no way of knowing whether this was true or not. Now, because of the Christmas holiday, I had to wait until 1⁄8 for repair. Repair made and I chose to pay by credit card. Was told the boss would call to take info which did happen within the hour of tech leaving my house(remember all of the phone calls that I had to make prior to this because I was not getting much feedback on my part. Seems they are much more on the ball when they need something from me!). Told owner I wanted a receipt and he said it would be sent immediately. Did not come for over a week so I AGAIN called. Got an apology and receipt was sent. I went over the charges upon receiving it and saw a $ 15 overcharge. Called owner and was told it would be handled immediately. Immediately never came, called again about a week later and was told that there was a new bookkeeper and that she was only there on Friday and it would be taken care of on 1⁄12. It is now a week later and still not resolved. Called and left a message that I was contacting the credit card company if it was not resolved on 1⁄19. No resolution. Was with a group of 7 friends last night and was venting my frustration over this situation and 2 of the 7 people there had huge problems with this company. I had no washing machine for over a month! My advice is to stay away from this company. There are many other reputable companies that would welcome your business.

The WORST place to buy an appliance, hands down. Once your appliance is paid for and delivered service is non existent. The installation was totally inadequate. Appointments were made 3 times to rectify the problem and after being held hostage waiting all afternoon for repair they never showed up. Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else and save yourself a lot of aggravation.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their repair rep couldn’t fix the problem. He suggested we call the manufacture. The manufacture sent another repair company(at our expense) and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. When I tried to discuss this with Allmake Appliance Center they didn’t return calls and basically ignored us. If you have the guts to try using Allmake make sure you use AMEX so you are protected since once you pay them you won’t see the money again. More than likely it will cost you extra when you too have to call another company to fix the problem.
