Bad experience with this contractor. Very funny story.
Made an appointment with this contractor and got out of work early so he could do an estimate on a remodel. Guy was a no show. When I called, no apology. Just asked me if I could make it at 4 pm the next day. The next day rolls around and I get out of work early again, waiting at my home. It’s 5 minutes after the appointment time (4 pm). I call him again.
Now, this is the funny part. He obviously forgets about the appointment again and begins to stall for some time as he’s thinking of an excuse. Finally stammers out that he was actually at my house, waiting for me. I said what?! How is that possible when I’m at home? He immediately changes his story to say that he was there at exactly 4 pm but no one answered the door so he just left. lol.
I’m starting to find this entire experience really funny. I ask him why would you leave when it’s only 7 minutes past 4 pm? And if you just left, you shouldn’t be too far away… you could easily walk or drive back, no?
This is when he starts yelling at me, saying that I was wasting his time and he’s an extremely busy guy. Then he hangs up on me. The balls on this guy!
