This place lost a bunch of my laundry and then when I asked them about it they denied that it was even remotely possible. They lost a hundred dollars or so worth of my sheets. Finally after arguing with the owner for 20 minutes or so, she agreed to do my $ 35 load for free as compensation. The next time I went there I got another random shirt in my laundry. I feel like a prat saying this but how hard is it to keep the loads together? I’ve been to a bunch of other places and had little to no issues. I switched to another place nearby on Halsey and Irving. It’s cheaper and so far, hassle-free.

It’s 24hours! What can get better then that? They are very clean. The employees are very nice & useful, unlike other places I have been too.

Lies about air conditioning. Rules posted up that no one follows. Full of whiny kids. Go elsewhere, if you can.

Don’t do your laundry here in the summer!!! The owner refused to have the air conditioning on 2 summers ago when it was 80 – 90 degrees outside AND refused to unlock the door near the dryers. I had to wait near those dryers to get my clothes and nearly passed out while the owner could have cared less. They also had FREE dryers when they initially opened, then decided to rip everyone off by charging money. Eventually, they also increased their drying fee to be higher than that at nearby Ridgewood Bubbles. Do yourself a favor: stick to Ridgewood Bubbles! At least you won’t be dying from heat exhaustion there.

Your typical cold hard laundromat. At least they have chairs. I long for the days of Pittsburgh laundromats where they had nice couches and lint artwork around the place. I am not joking Pittsburgh has more culture in it’s Laundromat then NYC in my experience. Step it up NYC!
