Delivery was quick but the food was bland and some of the items or ingredients had a strange consistency. They are also very stingy with soup noodles and no fortune cookies

This is my chinese spot, never have a problem with them. I always order Seasome chicken and never had to throw out a piece from being nasty. One of my friends lives far away but when she comes to visit she always wants to come here. Food never was cold, never got the wrong order and delivery is pretty fast. They do have space inside but I rather eat in my own home kneeling it isn’t going to take 45 minutes to an hour. I would recommend them.

You get different prices everytime. Flyer says free delivery but guy says its a $ 2 charge. My order was wrong on 3 different occasions. When they pick up the phone they’re speaking to other people and getting the order wrong. And they’re rushing you on the phone not even verifying it. Not ordering there anymore.

First, I thought I’d share my personal philosophy on review writing. When you rate a restaurant, you should be comparing it to similar establishments.
That said, while I have had better food at fancier, sit down Chinese restaurants, Hong Kong is one of the best take out Chinese joints I’ve tried. I generally use the General Tso combo platter as a baseline to gauge the quality of a Chinese restaurant, and I find the dish here to be excellent. The chicken is nicely crisped and tastes fresh with a flavorful sauce. The fried rice has a nice flavor without being overly greasy. I also enjoy the steamed dumplings and the garlic chicken wings. To top it off, delivery is always super fast.

This is the only Chinese food place I eat at lately. I love to order sesame chicken as it taste so good. They give you extra sauce if you ask and they make sure they got the right order. Recommend to visit!

I ordered from them because of the good reviews that was posted on Unilocal.The delivery was real fast but the food was mediocre at best. The hot and sour soup was the best of everything. The chicken streamed dumplings were falling apart. The pork and vegetables and chicken chow mien were tasteless, maybe a different cook? The food was forgettable. I was disappointed and I will not order from them again.

I live in the neighborhood I visited this place three times. I usually order general tso and a large PFR… the three times I went I got three different prices for the same exact meal! How in the world is that??? I confronted the man and he say that is the price and I told him he charged me three different prices on three different visits he didnt respond. I stopped going.

This place is every good it is the best Chinese restaurant in the world. They treat you like family. They listen carefully to to not the noise. I prefer chicken broccoli it is the best there. So go there now and see the results for yourself.

The food here is good, and yes it has an A rating. We ordered the chicken and broccoli, steamed dumplings, veg lo mein and general tso’s chicken and all of it was good. We are so glad that we found this place.

I’m not a huge fan of Chinese food, and the only things I’ve tried from here are the pork dumplings, veggie dumplings and wonton soup. However, all were delicious and fantastic — the place also has an A rating, and they understood good English so ordering is easy. All in all, a good Chinese food option in Ridgewood — way better than King Wah.

This place is very good. Try the sweet&sour chicken and the pork fried rice. Also very clean and fast delivery. Grade A from the city health board.
