Ordered online and got an email two days later saying it was out of stock.
Called to confirm refund since it didn’t show up on my statement after a week. The lady seemed very annoyed by me and was not pleasant to talk to. Was told that they wouldn’t do anything with regards to the refund since their system shows that they processed it already.
Overall, poor experience and will not buy from them again regardless of price.

Shoes they’ve carried recently are too ‘clunnky’ for my tastes, and their return policy is unforgiving. Wont’ shop here again.

I am a huge fan or patronizing local businesses whenever possible. Just Our Shoes is a perfect example. Their selection is excellent and they only stock better, quality brands. Granted, their women’s selection is much greater than their men’s but that makes my purchase decision that much easier. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they have a golden retriever. About the only thing I love better than a well-​run local business is a well-​run local business with a dog. Great store.

Terrible!!! Ordered online and it took them over 3 days to tell me «sorry out of stock». This is a direct quote. No apology or anything beyond that. Would never purchase anything from them!

Ridgewood, NJ
This place has a great selection of shoes from many designers that you don’t normally see in the big stores or on Zappos. I would not give them 4 or 5 stars since they don’t carry narrow shoes but they do have some wide ones (I wear a triple A) but since some of their sandals are adjustible (Beautifeet is one brand) I can wear them. They especially carry comfortable shoes such as heels for dressy events.
I have never had an issue with their service and they have a lovely dog who ‘minds’ the store-​so well behaved compared to my ‘baby’. If i had normal feet I would give this place a 4 star.
the prices are fine-​about the same as the better shoes at Nordstroms-​you get what you pay for.

Great selection of shoes, at times, great prices. Only shop (online) with them if you can stomach their absolutely horrific customer service. They don’t respond to emails, are rude when they finally do, and ship orders incomplete. They do not charge for items not received, which is a good thing.
The main office rep seems like one of those crotchety office workers that has been on the job for 50 years and just doesn’t give a s**t and no one has the guts to fire her.
