I can’t give enough positive feedback about OnCore! Both studios are conveniently located and impeccably decorated. You just can’t go wrong with the instructors. These ladies genuinely care about you and cater to your needs throughout the class. They take the time to know each individuals problem areas and goals — group classes feel like one on ones. My favorite part about OnCore is that you can take the same type of class with a different instructor and receive a totally different workout — each one still challenging and empowering!

I have been going to the on core studios since June 3xs a week and I highly recommend it! The instructors are all fantastic and the classes are challenging but fun! I actually sculpted my body using these classes so the results are real. The routines are never the same and it’s very difficult to get bored. I have many lower back issues and have found these exercises to actually strengthen my core with no back injury. It is pricey but well worth it! Please try the special and give it a try you won’t regret it.

Robyn gave me a wonderful demo. She was patient and kind. She cares about your personal well being. I have back problems and she showed me adjustments, that will allow me to continue pilates, without being defeated by pain. I am so very very happy at OnCore and am looking forward to meeting all of the other instructors.
