So this is my second time getting my nails on there and I always come out really happy from there. The lady who did my nails was really nice. I have to say she did a good job! I would recommend this place to my friends.

I went two weeks ago for the first time. It was not exceptionally service but it was passable. I did notice some staff were very short on manners. I went back this week to get fill ins. I was next and then twenty minutes later two women came in wanting gel. Next thing I was bumped from a «man» who I am assuming was the owner who told me that the manicurist that was available did not know how to do acrylic. I looked at him and informed me she had done my nails two weeks prior. He looks at me blankly and asked you want to wait. I responded no and he waved me away. Never will I go again. They are rude and do not have any people skills.

Wanted to go to this new nail salon that recently opened up and had a dissapointing experience. It was a Wednesday night at 7pm and I wanted my nails done desperately. I decided to walk another block to see if any nail salons were open and found this Nail Salon open on Myrtle. I walked in and as soon as I came in one of the girls asked what I wanted done. I asked if they do gel manis and they said yes. I decided to get Acrylic Tips with Gel Color. Danny was the nail tech who did my nails and he was very nice and did a great job with my nails. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails and he did them just how I asked. I like that they have a broad selection of Gel Colors. I also paid a really good price. It was all under $ 40 and I haven’t paid for nails that cheap since I was in HS. I will now get my fill-ins done with Danny. Great place and I appreciate them accommodating me last minute.

First of all let me say there are many nail salons in the area and therefore exceptional service is key. The owner and some of the staff not only have no idea what good service is much less exceptional service! Example begins with management and if the owner is rude, imagine what the employees are going to do! Stay away from this place, if common courtesy matters to you at all!!! The owner is very rude, very short and doesn’t know the first thing about how to encourage repeat business.
