As a first time home buyer I was upset with the way the sale went when using a Terrie O’Connor agent. The whole buying process unfortunately was not a good experience. We received little to no guidance or pointing out of common tricks that some agents bring up that sellers do. We had brought up situations where we were told 1 thing but when asked about it were told that was never said.
There were quite a few more questionable things that I spoke with other agents about after the fact (family friends as agents in other states) and they had also agreed with me on some things.
I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone and I don’t.
